Hi there, I’m Tara

I strive to be a servant to the Divine, a steward of the earth, a student seeking knowledge—always learning, growing, and helping others along their journey.

I am not a master of anything, only a human who has worked through their own trauma enough to be able to walk with others through theirs. Trained to be a hollow bone, to see in the dark, so that I can lead my clients to their truth—towards the light and their true connection.

As a recovering addict, nine years escaped, I understand that addiction is multifaceted and layered—with the need to use the substance, the habit, the addiction—and underneath, there is usually trauma to be found. Ultimately, under it all, we find disconnection, with the soul grasping for connection and drowning in feelings of unworthiness. Because I have lived that life, I am able to help others find their way out.

I am a trauma-informed practitioner, understanding that trauma can stem from the biggest or smallest of situations, leading a person toward disconnection from self, causing a string of conflict in their lives as the part of themselves that experienced the trauma is triggered throughout their experiences.

I believe that everyone on earth has a purpose, and when we move toward that purpose, we find joy and peace. When we live outside of that purpose—feeding our disconnection—pain and discomfort occur.

Testimonials

“By doing work with Tara I have discovered many many inner ones that are hurting. With her help I’ve been able to be clear these energies and transmute many of them back into the light. This is the work my friends!”

Timothy C.

“I recently had a spiritual awakening that led me to Tara. Working with Tara has taught me to work with my inner parts to transmit the trauma I had experienced in my childhood. I have experienced a great loss in my life when my father committed suicide which left me feeling unworthy unloved abandoned and alone. Shamanic jounneying with Tara has helped me to be able to reconnect with parts of myself that needed love and to be understood, giving me an opportunity to grow, heal, and be a better parent in person and all that I do.”

Amber Z.

“I’ve had several sessions with Tara and I cannot thank her enough for the clarity it has brought to my life. She has the gift to be able to see what you’re witnessing and guiding you through your process with ease and grace. I’m a huge advocate for this modality and despite the fact I can, and do, use these tools in private, I return to Tara to get that reinforcement of my intuition.

I’ve been able to meet my guides, inner ones and dive into past lives that have impacted my current life.

If you haven’t reached out to her, you’re missing out on an epic road to self discovery.”
